Service Plan Benefits
A boiler service plan gives you added peace of mind that your heating system is being looked after all year round.
With an annual boiler service and health check by our Gas Safe Registered engineers, potential issues can often be spotted early before they turn into costly breakdowns.
Our plans also include boiler control assistance and remote support, helping you get the most from your heating system while ensuring it stays safe, efficient, and reliable when you need it most.
Service Plan FAQ's
Our Silver & Gold plan customers are entitled to a discount on all labour charges. Please
note this cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Our Silver and Gold plan customers are entitled to priority call-outs within 48 hours of
contacting our team, during our normal working hours.
Twelve monthly payments entitle you to an annual boiler service and health check, during
our normal working hours.
Support is available for your heating controls. We provide remote support via email or
phone during our normal working hours.
While we have no immediate plans to increase our rates, we reserve the right to adjust monthly charges and labour fees with 30 days' notice.
There is no fixed contract. You may cancel at any time by notifying us; we will then cancel your direct debit. Please be aware that all benefits will be revoked immediately upon cancellation.
