Our New Boiler Plan customers are entitled to priority call-outs within 48 hours of contacting our team, during our normal working hours.

Twelve monthly payments entitle you to an annual boiler service and health check, during our normal working hours.

Support is available for your heating controls. We provide remote support via email or phone during our normal working hours.

While we have no immediate plans to increase our rates, we reserve the right to adjust monthly charges and labour fees with 30 days' notice.

There is no fixed contract. You may cancel at any time by notifying us; we will then cancel your direct debit. Please be aware that all benefits will be revoked immediately upon cancellation.

Our plans do not cover the cost of repairing or replacing your boiler. Although you will be able to use your discount. (if applicable)
